In fact, you will benefit yourself by surrendering and using that money to eat balanced food with no calories. Involve yourself in physical body exercises such as running, jogging and motor cycling to maintaining excellent fitness and maintain good blood circulation.
Good balanced diet will control your blood pressure and avoid wasting your money on medicine. However,you can hardly control genetic diseases and old age. Therefore, before you start planning your debt repayment, put enough money aside and, plan a balanced diet budget to keep your body strong and fight against diseases.
