There are in fact ways to counter-act the situation confronted by owners with luxury yachts for sale. Those ways are the same home owners have access to become truly competitive. The reason is that banks’ inflexibility is their biggest drawback. Firstly, banks want an almost perfect credit. You do not care about buyers having or not “perfect” credit. A reasonably good credit is acceptable to the kind of financing that you are offering. Secondly, a buyer’s circumstances and preference to pay are not taken into account by banks; but you are offering “custom financing” which accommodates to a buyer’s specific circumstances.

Real life cases indicate that most buyers have a different story when it comes to the particular way they can pay for a vessel. That is exactly the reason why “custom financing” is so successful, and it draws so much attention. Potential buyers do become interested because ~out of many luxury yachts for sale by owner~ yours is one of the few or the only one they can find so accommodating.

Understandably, some buyers will not care about your custom financing because they have excellent credit, and they fit the parameters imposed by banks. Nonetheless, your accommodating offering forces your yacht to become wanted; and that means the likelihood of just one of the buyers without a loan to act faster and close the sale. In a nutshell, a good looking vessel in good condition plus your “custom financing” promote URGENCY.

What you just read is a cocktail. Its ingredients are bullet-proof, so to speak.
It may not be easy to find one case in the hands of a wiser owner who using
that cocktail did not make it work when it came to luxury yachts for sale.
