Alliance bank understand that sometimes you are later for reasons beyond your control, so for those who pay promptly for at least 10 out of 12 months, you will still enjoy a lower credit card interest from Alliance bank of 17% per year. Late payment penalty will increase!

Late payment on the other hand will lead to increased penalty charges. Alliance credit card Late payment charges have been revised to a minimum of RM10 or 1% of total outstanding balance, whichever is higher, up to RM100. Revised interest-free period for retail transactions!

Interest-free period for retail transactions will now be 20 days from statement date ONLY IF all retail transactions (excluding cash advance, balance transfer and instalment payment plan programmes) of the previous month are fully paid by the payment due date.

This means, if you make partial payment for your Alliance bank credit card, minimum payment or do not make payment on or before the payment due date, finance charges will be imposed from the day the transactions is posted to the card account.

This was INITIATELY for a limited period effectived 1st March 2008 – 30th June 2008 (4 Months Only) that entitled 3 Years UNCONDITIONAL Annual Fee Waiver for all NEW GENERIC Cards. The waiver is applicable based on approved date meaning all cards approved from the first day – 1st March 2008 through the last day 30th June 2008 only will enjoy this offer.

The new expiry date for this promotion is on the 30th of August 2008. All Alliance bank credit card applications under this offer should reach Credit Processing no later than the 9th of September 2008.

1. All other prevailing offer IS NOT changed with exception of the current 1 year Free changed to the Tactical offer of 3 Years Free.
2. Year 4 onwards Fee Waiver condition still applies based on the below condition:
