Here are all the detail of documentation requirement for citibank credit card applications, follow it through for higher approval rate for you or your customer applications.

1)NRIC Copy

• Clear I/C copy (with chip or bar code) in full page-photocopy on the centre of page or enlarge it.( Not for I/C with bar code as they need to scan it)
• Name, old & new I./C no. and address must be readable
• When the original copy I/C is blur please substantiate with driving license or passport copy
• If customer provide army or police identity card, please provide additional doc such as driving license or birth cert to proof billing address or D.O.B ( not required if the identity card already have D.O.B)
• For foreigners, must provide valid passport copy
• Temporary I/C will be accepted provided the validity date is not expired (while waiting for the replacement card)
• For old I/C proof, credit will accept driving license
