John, If you’ve found Paypal charged $1.95 in your card, the 6-digit number should be appear on your card statement now. pls check back on the description of the charge in your statement. let me know if you could not see it.

why is it that i’ve done everything on the tutorial and i’ve never received my 6 digit expanded number? how long does it take for them to send it? i’ve been waiting for nearly 3 months. I’m trying to register a prepaid visa giftcard that contains 100 dollars in it. But the fee of 1.95 has been taken away and i’ve never gotten it back. Why is this?
