BSE Sensex (16264.30) and Nifty (4829.55) closed  up by more than  3% each last week.Nifty Future September was quoting at 18.05 points premium.Nifty Call Option September 4900 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  15800 and Nifty at 4700.Resistance for Sensex is at 16800 and Nifty is at 5000.Crude oil was at 69.29 $.

Late recovery on the monsoon front and expected GDP growth of 8% in year 2010-2011 increased the commitments from FII’s.Easing liquidity also helped the Indices to climb new highs.

RIL and ICICI Bank added Open Interest in September series.Vijaya Bank and ONGC shaded Open Interest.Huge position was build up at ICICI Bank September Call Option Strike Price 840.Good build up was also seen at Hinadlco  September Call Option Strike Price 120..

Buy One Call Option of September Strike Price 85@ Rs.6.60

Sell One Call Option of September Strike Price 95@2.55 Rs.

Premium .Paid=6.60*3576=.23601.60 Rs.

Premium Received=2.55*3576=9118.80 Rs.

Net Premium Paid=23601.60-9118.80= 14482.80 Rs.

Maximum Profit==95-85=10*3576=35760-14482.80=21277.20 Rs.

Maximum Loss=14482.50 Rs.

Break Even Price=89.05

2)SBI(1933.80) September Future-Lot Size 132 shares.

Buy One Lot September Future @1933.80

Sell One Call Option of September Strike Price 1980@28.50 Rs.

Premium Received=28.50*132=3762.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=1980-1933.80=46.20*132==6098.40+3762.00=9860.40 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.
