BSE Sensex (17021.80) and Nifty (5052.45) closed  up  by  1.0%  and 1.08 % up respectively  last week.Nifty Future November was quoting at 13.8 points premium.Nifty Call Option November 5000 was very active.Support for Sensex is at  16740. Resistance for Sensex is at 17380 .Support for Nifty is at 4900 and resistance at 5210.Crude oil was at 77.50 $.

Tata Steel and Tata Motors will unveil Q2 results next week. The Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has predicted India’s GDP growth at 7.6% in 2011.

Suzlon and  ICICI Bank added Open Interest in November series.Huge position was build up at  Reliance Industries November Call Option Strike Price 2100.Good build up was also seen at Suzlon November Call Option Strike Price 75..

Sell One Call Option of  November Strike Price 560@8.0 Rs.

Premium .Paid=17.75*764=13561.00 Rs.

Premium Received=8*764=6112.00 Rs.

Net Premium Paid==13561-6112=7449.00 Rs.

Maximum Profit==560-540==20*764=15280-7449=7831.00 Rs.

Maximum Loss= 7449.00 Rs.

Break Even Price=549.75

2)JP Hydro(76.35) November Future-Lot Size 3125 shares.

Buy One Lot November Future @76.35

Sell One Call Option of November Strike Price 80@1.00 Rs.

Premium Received=1.00*3125= 3125.00 Rs

Maximum Profit=80-76.35=3.65*3125=11406.25 + 3125.00=14531.25 Rs.

Max Loss=Unlimited.
