Can I register my Paypal Account with Tude. I have two debit cards from 2 wellknown banks but everytime i enter my billing info using these cards into my paypal, it always say ” unable to verify card information ” This is really upsetting. I do not want to use credit card. Will Tune Money Debit Visa Card survive the verification status. Until now I am unable to utilise my Paypal.

Hana, pls make sure you have at least $250 available limit in your mentioned debit card account in order for you to verify in paypal. if not, try to bank in the amount and re-try again… Yes, you can apply Tude money prepaid visa for your Paypal if still unable to proceed with your current 2 debit card.
Someone from Al Rajhi bank clarify a few things to me. According to him, all paypal transactions are to be done with credit card and for Withdrawals a debit card is sufficient.
In other words, u can have lots in ur debit card acc but still unable to get verification.
Does this apply to other banks as well?
I think some of u are not aware that verification of cards are required for 1. Pay pal transactions 2. Withdrawals.

Hana, Paypal transaction/payment or withdrawal can be done either credit card or debit card (make sure has visa logo) for sure. but one thing to take note is that not all debit card are work able with paypal facility. “Public bank visa debit card”, “Tude money visa prepaid card” are tested ok from many people. you can apply from our office if you stay around penang area. we can be contact viacontact us. thanks for your interested
To enable “withdraw Fund from your paypal account” and some of features & benefits, you need to verify one of your credit card or debit card (set as default card) in the paypal account.

The verify processes are similar to all debit card, you may click on the link “paypal withdrawal” for further action. Others than Tude money prepaid visa card, you may try public bank debit card for your paypal account. you may go to any nearby public bank brance in your area for more information or application. Hope I am answer your question

Hi abdulwahab. How you top up your account? usually for online top up, your account balance will be updated instantly. Unless you do it via pos office, i suggest you go back to that branch and check with them. It cant be that long..or, you can call tunemoney customer service @ 0320928555 to check your card status.
