How to Verify Paypal Account with Visa Prepaid Debit Card
Still Paypal Unverified? you need to verify your paypal now with a credit card or visa prepaid debit card in your Paypal account to enjoy more benefits for paypal fund withdrawal or use it to accept credit card payment online.
As far as I know, There are some people feel unsecure to verify their paypal account using credit card and they prefer to use visa prepaid debit card instead.
One common problem is people able to verify paypal account with credit card but fail to verify paypal account using a visa prepaid debit card. are you facing the same problem?
Fact, The process of verifying boths type of cards are actually the same. but please make sure you have credit limit available in your credit card or debit card account.
A new visa prepaid debit card have no credit limit available in the account until you putting some money in your account before you can use to verify your paypal account, said at least RM250. while credit card already have its credit limit available given by bank, hence you can use it directly to verify your paypal account 
Here is the step by step guide to setting up and verify your paypal account:
Step 1: Register a Free Paypal Account. Fill up all necessary information that require in the form including your credit card or visa prepaid debit card information and submit.
Step 2: After all, you should activate your Paypal account using the link that Paypal has sends to you via email. The email message should look like this. Click the link to confirm your email address!
Step 3: NEXT, Login to your Paypal Account. And verify you paypal account.
When you create your account, your status is unverified. why verified? 1) You can send unlimited fund when verified but unverified there are some limit. 2) You can withdraw Paypal fund when verified. Unverified cannot withdraw it to cash.
Step 4: You will be redirect to another pages like below. Click “Get Verified”.
You are almost done to verify your paypal account, Now you must wait for your next credit card or visa prepaid debit card statement to get the “6 digits Expanded Use Number“. They will appear in your next card statement and you will see Paypal charged USD1.95 in your card account.
Once you received the number from your statement. Return to the same page and enter the “Expanded number” to get you paypal verified. Once you have done, Paypal will credit back the USD1.95 into your Paypal account… you are done!

Can I register my Paypal Account with Tude. I have two debit cards from 2 wellknown banks but everytime i enter my billing info using these cards into my paypal, it always say ” unable to verify card information ” This is really upsetting. I do not want to use credit card. Will Tune Money Debit Visa Card survive the verification status. Until now I am unable to utilise my Paypal.

Hana, pls make sure you have at least $250 available limit in your mentioned debit card account in order for you to verify in paypal. if not, try to bank in the amount and re-try again… Yes, you can apply Tude money prepaid visa for your Paypal if still unable to proceed with your current 2 debit card.
Someone from Al Rajhi bank clarify a few things to me. According to him, all paypal transactions are to be done with credit card and for Withdrawals a debit card is sufficient.
In other words, u can have lots in ur debit card acc but still unable to get verification.
Does this apply to other banks as well?
I think some of u are not aware that verification of cards are required for 1. Pay pal transactions 2. Withdrawals.

Hana, Paypal transaction/payment or withdrawal can be done either credit card or debit card (make sure has visa logo) for sure. but one thing to take note is that not all debit card are work able with paypal facility. “Public bank visa debit card”, “Tude money visa prepaid card” are tested ok from many people. you can apply from our office if you stay around penang area. we can be contact viacontact us. thanks for your interested

The verify processes are similar to all debit card, you may click on the link “paypal withdrawal” for further action. Others than Tude money prepaid visa card, you may try public bank debit card for your paypal account. you may go to any nearby public bank brance in your area for more information or application. i face a problem with tunemoney visa card, that is i still wait gor more than 25 days to get my online balance corrected after i top up RM200 to my card accoun,,,,, servies is very slow and there respond as well, am still waiting and hope to get my balance back within this year 2008 hehehehehehe
Hi abdulwahab. How you top up your account? usually for online top up, your account balance will be updated instantly. Unless you do it via pos office, i suggest you go back to that branch and check with them. It cant be that long..or, you can call tunemoney customer service @ 0320928555 to check your card status.
